Kaiju No. 8's actual fortitude is 9.8, not 8.0, the reason why is because he didn't use his full power against Hoshina. I think Daikaijus are monsters that are above 6.0.

Thank you for the information! Someone else commented something similar about the scaling so I'm glad it lines up. I'm looking forward to them potentially flashbacking to the previously numbered Kaijus
