But in recent years, picturesque Chinese cities such as #Dali and Lijiang in southwest #China have emerged as popular #wedding destinations. At 1:48 the couple said that traditonal wedding ceremony is too complicated and costs lots of money. This is TOTALLY NONSENSE. Don't blame the tradional wedding ceremony but blame themselves. It's NOT the tradionational wedding ceremony complicated, but THEY make tradionational wedding ceremony complicated by themselves. The tradionational wedding ceremony is complicated according to their desire and amount of money they want to spend. I have attended so many Chinese wedding in my life, and all of the Chinese traditional wedding ceremony were very basic and NOT complicated, and were organized by the families WITHOUT hiring wedding planners.

Stop hiring wedding planner. Then the cost of wedding is much cheaper, and the wedding is much simpler. Don't blame the Chinese traditional wedding ceremony. In the US or Canada, majority of Chinese people don't hire wedding planners. They plan and organize everything themselves without a wedding planner. That saves them a lot of money. Mainland Chinese people always complain about the complicated and high cost Chinese traditional wedding ceremony because they want a drama-like and rich style Chinese traditional wedding, and because they hire a wedding planners that make the whole wedding like a movies or Chinese dramas.

Wow. The western style wedding, white dress and a vow in the public.... Mailand Chinese people are so westernized now. A vow in the public has no meaning at all when many marriages still fall apart. What about thousands years old Chinese culture? What about the beautiful tea ceremony to the parents and ancestors? This makes more sense.

Bali is mostly a Hindu Pilgrimage Site and doesnot have any Native Indonesian Culture that can be promoted. I suggest Indonesians should promote more of their culture abroad and also their beautiful pink beaches which are very few in the world to count.

Indonesian Hinduism is a syncretized version of Hinduism to begin with. If you want the real "hindu pilgrimage site" you should go to India.

What do you mean? Balinese Hinduism is not the same as Indian, the religion (Hindu with Balinese characteristics) and native culture of Balinese (preserved from the kingdom era) have fused inseparable.
