Oh man I used to watch her videos all the time. She had super dark hair, I can’t believe she went that light and didn’t destroy her hair entirely. I love how her hair turn out. Especially curled her hair looks really beautiful. I also love how careful she was. My heart goes out to everyone who was uprooted by the hurricane.

It IS possible to go from almost black to white blonde without ruining your hair. As you can see mine is very blonde it is naturally almost black... but it takes steps to get it there without damaging.. I think I took me bleaching 4 times and I only bleached once a month... definitely takes patience if your doing it on your own but is possible 👍🏻👍🏻

To me, it doesn't go well with her skin tone. Just my opinion. It does look really nice, curled, though, in terms of the style, which is so nice and bouncy and suits her face, I think. It's just that the colour looks bad with her skin tone.

Oddly enough the end result turned out really good and even looked healthy compared to the dry frizz she had before the color. A good deep conditioning and trim would go a long way to help with the dryness.

So funny she made it the colour of virtually every bleach fail that everyone hates. But what she achieved at the end looked amazing. She must have a gift for it. Made me laugh though how she said "I'm going to dye my hair bright Orange" then throughout exclaimed repeatedly how Orange it looked! 😯 😄

I love that Hair Buddha never shit talks anyone on.KZbin. Always respectfull and posetive. Even in the most insane cases of total disaster bleach accidents he makes sure to keep a decent tone. Wow! She really did a great job! Looks good on her. I went red, orange, yellow this fall as well. Loving every minute of it! I go to a pro colorist for my hair nowadays tho. The days of destroying my hair with bad bleach jobs are over. So nice to see when someone can pull it off at home. Love hair Buddha!

Reaction videos come and go, but I could quite happily watch Hair Buddha react to almost anything. Super pretty color! Also the way she styled it was a good choice! One minus point from me would be : how does it look like unstyled, with no make up on. I feel some colors always require a lot of other necessary styling, to look good. Where as natural colors almost always look good with no make up on and natural complexion. It would be too much effort for me personally, but I really enjoy to see it on other people :)

There was a 1-hit wonder singing star ("Put a Smile on Your Face") in the late 90s I think it was named Vitamin C and she rocked orange hair with blonde chunky highlights. I thought it looked fabulous and always wanted to try it....but knew better than to try to achieve it myself.

It came out cute, especially curled! She could easily put a brighter orange over that to get her desired color. It's like she repigmentated her hair, adding yellow, so orange will appear more vibrant over that if she adds it again, but I wouldn't dilute it with conditioner next time and I'd recommend 2-3 jars of color for her length of hair. I think the orange suits her and she'd also look lovely in a peach hair color, or even a pink.

No it is not a fail. I do agree with you. It looks stunning, allthought she did not want it to be yellow. I used Lush's caca rouge henna (without indigo) 14 days after my hairdresser did a blonde balayage on my dark blonde hair. It really looked nicely orange/redish.

I think if she went over it again with the same color a second time with the now yellow base, it would take to the hair better and actually turn out orange. Adding the conditioner wasn't the best idea.

Agreed. Though I used this brand before and my hair is shorter than hers, and I still used an entire bottled just to do the front sections of my hair. She'll need at least 3-4 jars of it, and it gets expensive.
