Not gonna lie. At first, I thought this guy was a fraud. After doing some research and actually listening to the guy speak, I'm now convinced he is a literal genius. Not just in business. I've been a big four management consultant myself. Alex Hormozi is SMARTER than most of the top tier consultants I've worked with. The dead giveaway is his ability to simplify complex concepts in understandable language. That is true comprehension of the topic/domain.

Hands down this is the best video I've ever watched and I've watched and downloaded a ton of excellent videos. Alex is amazing and you guys are incredible interviewers. Asking all the right questions of what a layman/beginner would want to know. To Shaan's point it took me 3 hours to watch this video because I had to keep stopping and writing notes and analyzing what Alex was saying. I had trouble holding jobs. Not because I wasn’t capable but because I don’t like authorities and I don’t like the trickle down factor as far as the money. I felt like I was worth more and I have a different schedule because of my children and personal life, but companies don’t care about that so it would never work out. I started my own business 3 years ago and it worked for a while but ultimately failed. It wasn’t enough. So I went to school for a new trade and started another business. And I have been killing it so far. This company has been doing great!! I love what I do which makes it that much better, I can work with my weird schedule since I schedule the jobs. And there is no more trickle down with the money because I’m at the top. I knew I had the entrepreneur qualities just wasn’t sure what to do with them. I took some in bound sales closing courses and I’m happier than ever. I do epoxy flooring, but it consists of sales when I am looking at the job and have to sell the job, then it is the job itself which is hands on. A little bit of everything goes into this. So even when I’m home and have time to play a video game and feel as if I’m not working, really I am taking phone calls setting up new jobs to look at, price and sell. So I’m technically always working even though I have a lot of “down time”. If you have the same problems I described above maybe you are that person as well, maybe you should find something you love and can do. Open your own company and see how it works out. Stay safe all!!

Fan of your channel. I've helped grow a few companies to the 8 figure mark but personally my businesses have never made more than $750k a year. Even being ceo of a company I scaled 3000% to 8 figures, because I didn't found it, I don't think qualifies. But I'm working on my business now. I like the psychology breakdown of how Alex is jacked, and rich but never satisfied with himself. It's like a manic/anxiety thing where he thinks so lowly of himself and actually feels huge reward from validation which fuels his health and success. On the other end of the spectrum there are people that are perfectly fine with working at Taco Bell their whole life, their brain doesn't even consider anything else. I'm somewhere in the middle, just find it fascinating.

I appreciate Alex as he has a lot to teach. But, what is different in this interview from all the other people who interviewed him.....the interviewers asked him incredibly direct questions. And, Alex being caught off guard seemed to begin with weird replies: Example: When you asked "What did you do so differently then all the other gym owners to generate so much money so fast?" Exactly. Great question. Alex began his reply by telling us that costs were low on FB. But wait, the costs were low for everybody in that time period! Your casual listeners will never catch on to stuff like this, but i did, possibly because i question the validity of the numbers Alex shares with everyone. Regardless, I still think Alex has is great and works hard to share his knowledge, so I can't really fault him. But, the interviewers (yt channel owners) need to be commended for not just smiling radiantly and accepting everything Alex says with blind trust. Great Interview guys, and great interview "style" as well.
