Yeah sure, I did a lot of aerial training on lethamyrs aerial maps, training packs from people like Squishy (this vid kzbin.info/www/bejne/hp6kpoeCndB_lZo), and lots of freeplay. Best advice I can give is find something that you really like to do but also challenges you, you need a balance to stay consistent.

Bruh, wtf. From Bronze to like Diamond, you have atleast 1 rank if its not 2 above your actual rank in terms of skills. Its insane. I'm not even surprised after getting hardstuck plat, you moved out quickly of Diamond, because your mates and game start to be more consistent, so you can actually make the difference. I'm hardstuck Champion 1-2, but i'm not really training. Great progession dude !

I love reading the "It's fake" "Skill doesn't match the rank you're in" comments, cause the ones commenting that are the ones who refuse to believe that people are better than them. Go learn new mechanics in freeplay and you can do the same. Plus the game drastically changed for the worse after it became free to play. Rank brackets got messed up with the inflow of new players getting a feel for the game. If you're getting beat out in your games, save the replays and actually watch and see what you did wrong and how to fix it. Don't just blame smurfs or your teammates. Very nice video it inspires me to improve myself to become gc. I am currently c1/2 and concerning platinum it is true that when I resumed the game I quickly left platinum where I was hardstuck and I became champion easily.

I restarted to play (Last time in 2018) and it's funny because I have your skill level at Gold but I'm Platinum 3 / Diamond 1 actually... xD (In 2018, I'm between Gold 3 / Platinum 1) I don't know if the global level of players has decreased. ^^ I don't play for the competitive and I don't train a lot (Just to understand the aerial game).

Great video! I call myself a fast developer, I started when it became free. 2020, on September 23. With a lot of practice and playing, I went up to slide 2. I hardstucked there, and then a friend of mine carried up Champe. I wasn't up to it because of the carry, but it was good for experience. I soon fell back into diamond. Again, with a lot of practice, regular play and thanks to the motivation of an e-sports team, I am currently champ 3, 7 wins from gc and have invested 1050 hours into the game. This video was also just +motivation, so thank you! GC is near!

@TheFedHD sell ur PS4 and get a few hundred and buy a PC + 240hz 1080p monitor then, its pretty easy to run rocket league at 1080p 240hz on lowest settings

I tried everything. I was obsessed with it. I played lots of training mostly. I trained and trained and trained. I did lots of custom workshop maps, I played with other people, I played ones, spent hours in freeplay, watched loads of tutorials, etc.

I play while sitting in a swimming pool. It triples the rate of learning and doubles the speed at which the thumbs can move. While I'm at it, I make sure to completely submerge my PC at a depth of 2.5 feet underneath the surface. This ensures that optimal cooling of hardware can take place so that excess heat is quickly and easily absorbed by the water.
