to be fair, its really plat 2-3 where shit gets crazy. it was a season or 2 ago (when it was harder to rank up, they made it stupid easy this season) my friend and I were hard stuck in plat 3. we had made smurf accounts for like golden pumpkins or something, and decided not to use any boost since we're smurfing. literally unbound the boost button. we got to plat 1 before losing a single game.

I am gold 2 in doubles and silver 1 in solos so i know a lot about bronze to gold. The bronze match was completely accurate. Some silvers know how basic rotations and also go for aeriels and hit them half the time. Golds cant air dribble but can hit consistent low aeriels. Other than that the ranks are pretty accurate.
