Steve, you are my main motivation. When you talk about visualizing winning and visualizing the physique that you want to attain, your physique is the first that comes to mind. Through watching your videos continuously and listening to your views and outlook on life, I truly believe I can get there one day, so I thank you for that from the bottom of my heart.

You are an inspiration to me and I enjoyed listening to your stories and sharing your experiences in exercise and also life. Thanks a million!!!!!! I needed that.

Sometimes I wonder how it is even possible that people can inspire and help others so much just by what they say and what they do... That there are some people who think similiar and want to achieve the same things. Steve cook, you give us all a lot and the motivation that is gained by watching your videos is unreal! Hope to meet you one time in life

Binge watched Steve Cook videos since discovering him a couple of weeks ago.. and honestly, he is such a clear speaking, relatable, educational person to watch. He honestly deserves all the success he gets, because you can tell how much of a genuine good dude he is. His knowledge, along with Jake's has been beneficial in helping me transition from a yoga background to a strength focused love. His functional training and love for mobility and mind muscle control has allowed me to really love what I'm doing. Yewwwww

I loved how @ 43:33 he started talking about people's opinions...meaning their opinions of him and what he should be doing, needs to be doing, how he's doing it wrong, etc. etc. And how he started getting this cute little smile on his face basically about just how opinionated people are, and how willing they are to share there opinionated opinions! And I thought to myself, he must be talking about the youtube comments section! hahaha KZbin seems to have more "resident experts" than any other place on earth!

The Olympia is always rigged. Steve looked amazingly better than all of those guys. St eve's legs, abs, and stage presence should have won him the competition alone.
@AncestralPhysique10 жыл бұрын
TheLordSnowbro His back looked kind of weak tho. Him, Buendia, Sadik.. Top 3 (not in that order; thats too subjective for me) IMO No way Mark Anthony should've gotten 1st though, he wasn't even top 10 in my books.. But like Seid said there was a STRONG FMG presence in the top 5 (always is)

Awesome!! Great point is I've always wondered why people who lifts weight is so afraid of sports or running? It is great to have the body and have the stamina to do all things. Because if you have the body but is limited to its potential I don't get it. We get fit so we can do more and not limit us.

Might be an awkward question coming from a man, but how does one obtain such a clean skin without blemishes like Steve? When I remove hair, I always get ingrown hair and so on. Any product or method suggestions to avoid that?

Watching these videos have inspired me to start lifting, the main problem is however, with all the dishonesty of bodybuilders, whether it's because they want to look alpha, or because their sponsors don't want the truth coming out so that people don't stop buying their supplements, I don't know if I can trust Steve when he says he is natural. Honestly, I'd love to be Steve's size eventually in maybe 10-12 years, or close to anyway, but as much as I want to believe him, I am a bit skeptical that I can achieve his size naturally. Bodybuilders as a whole, need to be a lot more honest to people. Anyone else here feel the same? :O

how big you are depends on your dosage, you dont really know what youre talking about. You can probably get close, but you wont get a physique like this. 31.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mbi4gjtoMg1rhu9d7o1_500.jpg look at dryness, those shoulders and fullness at that low bodyfat. you really know nothing about steroids. i.imgur.com/0rq2BKw.jpg = injection spots.

Trailer Tube you can eat anything you want if the calories fall in line with your needs. All about calories in vs calories out
@jacktyler524110 жыл бұрын
Trailer Tube depends on your goal. If you just want to lose weight it is just calories in calories out. If I ate 200g of pure fat in a day I could still lose weight as long as I didn't eat anything else. Obviously macro composition is more important if looking to change your physique and be healthy.
