Fouad, if those small 'breaks' periodically would ensure the longevity of the podcast and prevent burnout, I think every single viewer would rather you do that than force 2 vids every week and potentially burnout. Take your breaks!

I’ve lived in Tennessee my whole 43yrs of existence. I worked in Birmingham Al from 98-01 and trained at a real hardcore gym called Big Moose😅😅😅. They literally had chain link fence hung on the wall as decoration. Legend has it Greg Kovacs trained there a few times and one of the big dudes there told me Greg had told him he had done sooooo much growth that he had to have carpal tunnel surgery lol. So yes, the Greg Kovacs stories even made it to the South, I was like 20 at the time

For training session duration. From a powerlifter perspective, I take around 20-25 to warm up (treadmill and dynamic stretching), then usually 2 compounds which’ll take around 45, then hypertrophy work for another about 45. So I’m in there for around 2 hours ish. Maybe an hour 30-45 if it’s just bench and accessories, maybe 2 15-30 if it’s all 3 lifts.

For the babies conversation and obesity/body weight the change is caused by epigenetic tagging. So how the body chooses to express or silence dna. That is heritable but also takes a while to change. So if you are in shape for a year your child will most likely have the epigenetic tagging of a thinner healthier person. And the child could change this in themselves as well but it gives them an advantage to have a more advantageous tagging from the onset. So if steroids change epigenetic tagging then that would be slightly heritable.

Combining glucose and fructose - the uptake is faster because they use different transporters. It wouldn’t help during a diet phase though, unless you were doing 2 a day training sessions, because you get less carbs than what it would take to fill you. It really shines during a high carb refeeds or during peak week when you need to fill out quickly.

I think Ian’s gonna do very well this year, I think that it will help a lot having Matt as his new coach, and will be a good fresh start for him, and honestly I think he has the potential to be a top level guy, obv 7th in the world is up there but it honestly woudnt surprise me if he improves/ becomes top 5 or better, I really think some of his struggles are mental and having new coach/ new motivation will help him alot, he has the size/ structure, work ethic etc to be a top level guy, and his conditioning is almost always very good, I’ve never understood some of the hate he gets, if your top 7in the world your legit
