I am from Guyana and grew up eating chronic. You can steam it ; you can stew it with tomatoes; onions; schelote( green onions)and celerity. You add some oil in a pot add condiments, put some black pepper and seasoning salt. After a few minutes add the chrome. Stirr until the slime is out. When completed you can. Eat with rice. You can also use it to wash your hair. You can also use the leaves to wash your hair.. you ca. Also cook it with corn meal and make Co coo.
