From Chaos to Regeneration - Our World in Crisis

Life on our planet is under attack. False solutions mask the real questions - How will we grow our food, what kind of economy do we really need, and how can we stop the expansion of fossil fuels? To counter the dominant patriarchal culture, whose exploitation of nature and of other cultures, and particularly of women, climate justice groups are raising their voices and taking action to protect #Biodiversity, the health of their ecosystems, and the #RightsOfNature.

There might be at least one proactive step that can be taken by the luckiest among us: Buy land. Rent land. Farm it. Become a farmer. A farmer, even if crops fail, can always feed her family. In good times a farmer can feed a community. Even if farmland is nationalized in a hunger crisis, a farmer will be hired to farm confiscated farmland, thus being able to feed her family. Smallholder farming is the extinction rebellion and the only remaining viable future. We can't eat oil or electricity in times of famine. We're already speeding past 1.5 C of warming. We can expect each year for one of the 9 major breadbaskets of the world to have crop failure. Just look at what happens when Ukraine is artificially purged from the grain market. Only one breadbasket's failure causes worldwide hunger among the poorest billion and food insecurity for 1 out of 8 Americans.

Each day starting May 10, 2010 takes us one thousand years to the past of the universe. Today April 05, 2024 the state of our universe is the same as it was 5 million and 79 thousand years ago. On october 13, 2026 the state of our universe will be at the point 6 million years in the past. On june 04, 2051 the state of our universe will be at the point 15 million in the past. On june 28, 2092 the state of our universe will be at the point 30 million years in the past. On april 02, 2147 the state of our universe will be at the point 50 million years in the past.
