That was wholesome. My take home is "Never allow childhood pesmistic comments to haunt you in the rest of your life". Asante Joyce.

Joyce Wa Gituro, childhood trauma should be processed through counselling. Not many individuals could be privileged to have skills to practise self-awareness like ypu did. Not many could have thd opportunity to understand that what they are going through is as a result of traumas. I am proud of you Joyce and fully affirm you. You have done well so far and such evidence is all over you. Citizen fans, childhood traumas are real and seeking counseling to process it is not a weakness or shame but the best option. Unprocessed, childhood traumas can affect your life all through. A counselor will help you discover at what stage you never navigated child development well. Go it guys so that you become aware of who you are, at what stage you are and how to practice self-care. All the best.

Glad to hear Joyce address imposter syndrome affecting a lot of us. One other thing is her being consistent with talking about God! Good to see you too Cynthia doing a great job 👌 🙂

Interesting! I didn't know this much about Joyce. We went back to school at the same time. She was my classmate in the Masters (Communication) class.
