I think the bracelet was a family bracelet and the mother gave it to Victors sister. Tabitha is Victors sister she doesn’t remember the town because either their family has memory problems or the town makes you forget so it will be easier to catch you the next time. I think Tabitha thought she made it for jim but really she didn’t. The mom was able to get her out somehow but the town was able to get her back and it brought her whole family with her

Also Tabitha said to victor "be brave" and he said "that’s what my mom told me" What if she’s actually his mom, plus she said she lost her new born (a boy) and that’s also the reason what both Victor and Ethan have a connection and understand each other. Just a thought!

Like you, this show REALLY sticks with me! I keep thinking of crazy theories- like... What if everyone in town were employees/shareholders of Jade's company and, maybe the buyers used the interactive technology on them so as not to pay them? Or maybe it's that something went wrong with the first users and more people have chosen to go into the game to try to get everyone out? That would explain things like the NPC humans always seen walking to and fro and the residents of Colony House just laying about or getting high or whatever. A finite memory might explain why the town only allows a certain number of players- that number has remained constant since the first episode- new deaths mean new people and too many new people are balanced by new deaths. Seriously, do the math- it's constant. Same with food -in a game, no one really cares about where the food or electricity or ammo or pancakes comes from.

Victor's mom couldn't have found the bracelet in the hospital. That was sixteen years ago- and Victor has been there FORTY or more. I think they're the same person from alternate universes. Both had two children - boy and girl. Maybe Christopher was Victor's stepdad? We saw a drawing by Eloise with FOUR people in a car.

When Tabbitha found the bracelet she told Jim she knew it was the same one she'd lost years ago because she made that with some old shoe laces. So, how did that same object was on Victor's mom? Maybe it went through a faraway tree, maybe things that go inside the tree can travel through space and time

the bracelet as the butterfly effect, lol that's good, they didn't drop chaos theory into the dialogue by accident, there's something there that's integral to the plot. maybe the experiment has to do with stress tests for potential time travelers & the effects/aftermath of paradoxes & how to intentionally create them to manipulate past/future events & how to avoid them to allow a more desirable chain of events. always hated the movie where kelso from the 70s show playing the main character just thinks really hard about changing the past & creates the butterfly effect with his mind, only to have the altered present be a total disaster, but maybe they're borrowing some elements of that here & training people, or taking people & their families who already have some kind of advanced mental/metaphysical abilities, to create an effect that can ripple out & disrupt history & the anticipated course the present would have taken

Boyd travelled trough time and it was foreshadowed since season 1 Tabitha's vision.. In her vision you can see the date 1864, the bottle with the date in it and THE FREAKING ROPE (that everyone's talking) next to the bottle, and the bottle felling downstairs (like Boyd when he entered the farway tree) All connected. Boyd tooked the bottle even after Sarah told him it was dangerous. When he entered the farway tree he traveled back in time to 1864.. MAYBE THEY NEED TO TRAVEL TROUGH ALL THOSE DATES TO FIND THE TRUE ORIGIN 🤯🤯
