How much approx time it will take for from landing to get outside of airport at chicago completing bag collection and immigration?

It will take around an hour on average. Immigration is sometimes quicker but baggage wait time could be more.

The in flight entertainment is average and sometimes doesn’t work too. This is an old aircraft and you will feel that. The only reason I take Air India is it is the only direct option between Delhi and Chicago. Hope things will improve once new aircraft is introduced.

How was the flight crew? Were you able to get water, juice, etc throughout the flight? How were the bathrooms throughout the flight? I've read sooo many horror stories, but I too, am taking this flight bc it is nonstop from Chicago.

@@JustBeYogaYes being nonstop is the only advantage of this flight. Service is decent, don't have high expectations.

Yes, this flight lands early morning(unless delayed) and you won’t find much rush at the baggage collection.

The flight is old. Half of the entertainment systems don’t work and are sluggish. The window panel was loose and it came off when I traveled. Positives: Economy Seats are more comfortable than Etihad or Emirates. Better food.

absolutely terrible flight. please do not go on this flight. nonstop but more expensive and worse than other options. i was on this flight absolutely disgusting. in flight entertainment was not functional. yellow stuff on my seat.
