The key is dropping the fat low with high carb veg, potatoes, fruit.

Love listening to Jonathan and hearing of his journey. Thank you, Chef AJ for these lovely interviews. I am returning to my journey on a plant based diet and you are offering so much information for me. I have your books and have done plant based before but stopped after my divorce because I allowed myself to “give up”. Watching Jonathan I feel like I want to have a FaceBook page for me to be accountable to myself by posting lives often. Thank you again. ❤

Congratulations, Jonathan! You have accomplished so much. It so great that your family is also plant based, good for everyone in the household for their health and to support each other. All your food looks great! I look forward to seeing you back next year for your follow up with Chef AJ and I will check out your KZbin channel too!

I believe, common individuals do not know how to get items banded from grocery store shelves in our country and make toxic foods cheaper especially where minimum ages are $7.25 per hour (which affects our commercially brainwashed adults, children and grandchildren and great grandchildren). Chef AJ I am so grateful for you and all your guest here on your KZbin.

His meals are so inspiring. Ive been doing this kinda halfway for 14 years gaining and losing weight with each child I have. And I find these simple meals super helpful.

So proud of you Jonathan! I love oatmeal and potatoes as well and I'm surprised that I never get sick of them. I love the sound of your savory oats recipe. I plan to try that this week. I'm so glad to hear your children are plant based as well. Keep up the good work! Life is good!

I really appreciated the honesty in this episode. I went vegan for over a year and since breaking vegan it's been difficult to get back to that long of a chain.

So is it because it's rolled oats that calories change for the raw rolled oats? I was one that suggested that because I don't like cooked oats though haven't had steel cut or grout.
@osoniye4209 Жыл бұрын
The rolled oats are thus processed and easily and rapidly absorbed.
