One of the reasons they stopped was because of the stress on his voice. Touring and singing like that wasn't really sustainable. He sounds great when he's not doing it 3+ times a week and I'm so glad they did this recently

This is a point I think a lot of people miss. Being 16 and in one of the biggest bands in the scene at that time he never really got the chance to grow up. And I dont think he really wanted to leave fftl. Most people dont realize just how much he destroyed his voice. I mean, they basically toured for four years non-stop. That'll mess anyone's voice up.

I'm teared up watching this it's like telling how I have grown from a little emo kid to the person who I am today. Crazy thing is I was able to see them live December 1st 2006 when they came to Pittsburgh. I’ll never forget it because Sonny is the same age as me and I got to be front and center . They turned The lights on and he sang Emily a cappella style .. I kept thinking wow someone who is the same age as me touring full time is so cool ! I’m happy he carved out a name for himself !

Take me back to 2003-2009 please. I remember seeing them before their second album,4 times. Forever will remember Sonny kneeing himself in the face and having a legit,printed photo from my shit,early day cell phone and my early day digital camera.
