It's realistic. I came to the Netherlands from Russia via airways without documents, but later I've gotten a residence permit. I had no war and economic troubles at home, so, I didn't risk my life crossing the sea, but people from Iraq, Syria or Afghanistan have nothing to lose. NATO forces destroyed their homes.
