I’ve heard some Christian’s say that wanting money is the root of all evil but it’s actually the love of money which is the root of all evil. Money is just a resource, but it’s actually how someone accumulates wealth which makes it good or bad. I’m not a Christian who says wealth is bad because I know some wealthy white people (my bf is from an upper class white family) and they are some of the best people but both his parents have worked HARD to get where they are at. Yeah that misconception keeps them poor and I know this. It's a mindset thing cause if they change that mindset they would be wealthier. I will be wealthy since I un-learned these negative connotations about money. It is just a resource. But watch this if money is the root of evil why do churches ask you or lesser financially stable people for 10% of what they got everyday 🤔It's not evil when they ask for it huh. Some even go as far to say rich people are greedy which is untrue, it takes a lot to become rich and wealthy especially all the things you need to do, rich people have a different mindset than normal people and they for sure are not evil or greedy as most people think or say. All those assets we rich people gain and or build takes hard and smart work. But it was nice to hear your side of things and yeah don't do what she did.
