Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Christen wilburn

I totally agree with Danny's view on Barry and the SREIT. Buying CRE assets at 4 caps made no sense when rates were zero. Barry better get used to 7% or higher mortgage rates.

Nique ... didn't play a lot of defence. When Atlanta under Hubie Brown, who was a really good Coach, absolutely Needed to get a Defensive Stop ... Nique wasn't dependable enough. That is why he isn't more highly regarded. But-Yeeah ... Nique was an Incredible offensive player.

With your charting lens on, the S&P is forming and upward wedge, as volume as decreasing, and a RSI divergence (and a bollinger band squeeze). Catalysts coming up include FOMC and narrow breath. You can see whatever you want with charts, but if these theoretical charting indicators don't result in a downward push, it truly would be hocus pocus.

Guy Adami might be the most annoying human being i've ever listened too. This, "i am trying to throw you off" bullshit is very frustrating - Very disrespectful to Danny Moses. Whats ironic is, Danny Moses seems to be the only one speaking logically. Whereas, the best guy can do is reference a corny disco song from the late 80s - Ill be nice, the best Guy can do is regurgitate a bunch of mainstream media headlines.. Perhaps this is the reason he feels the need to throw Danny off.. Guy simply cannot handle an in depth conversation. And, he fears exposing his incompetence. Ive been a frequent listener and i know this channel has a lot of potential. But, Guy needs to cut the bullshit - This channel has a specific target audience and quite frankly, his target audience would much rather sit in a middle school cafeteria table after listening to this.
