Im not sure if you have your headlight situation figured out, but I ran into the same issue building mine. The headlights are ground triggered as you said near the end. The single wire you would think is ground, is actually your hot, the low and high beam “hot” wires are actually grounds. The switch when flipped from low to high flips the ground for the light basically from low beam bulb to high beam bulb. It sounds very confusing, but is honestly quite an easy fix. If you’re still having issues message me and I’ll see if I can help

Relay fixes the high beam issue... the original high beam wire is used to turn on the relay and flip up the shutter...

Sorry, didn’t include this but the relay is used to power the bulb when high beams are on... kinda hard to explain but reach out to me and I can drawl you a diagram of what I mean

No matter if you run the HID bulbs or LED bulbs you are going to use the 9007/9004 relay Harness from Morimoto.

A simple quick fix for the fog lights, i work in a body shop and we do it all the time when just 1 headlight gets replaced. Wet sand with 2,500 or 3,000 grit and then start by using a pretty aggressive compound and buff them out and they usually come out super clear

2nd Gen is looking Beautiful!!! Great job ALL the lights, headlights, taillights, and third brake light are all awesome fine craftmanship... i would like to see the FUSION bumper on the 2nd Gen. I think they did an awesome job on the fit and finish of that bumper its fits the body lines really well in my opinion. its still square with soft edges that follow the body of the truck! I think the stock bumper or sport bumper and 4th. Gen. bumper are all played out. Any how great work on your build as always!!!
