So we are back with some more Beast in Black. This was suggested to me by several users so thought it was important to give it a look!
I of course own no rights to the song or the performance at all. You can find the original video here:

The first comment I had for Beast in Black when I heard them was "The 80s called. They want to buy you all the drinks".

One of my personal favorite BiB songs is "Ghost in the Rain"; it's a slow build, utterly beautiful, and really shows off Yannis' vocal range. I HIGHLY suggest checking it out!!

And if you havent heard it yet, their title song Beast In Black is a good one for some of their heavier sound and vocals.

I will never stop loving people reacting to beast in black. It’s even crazier when you know the manga that inspires a bunch of their songs and what this song specifically is about. If you know, you know…. Great reaction video man

I want to recommend more Beast in Black songs, but they are all god killing awesome so I can't choose. My favorite ballad of theirs is Ghost in the Rain, I love My Dystopia off their new album, Berserker is probably their most well known heavy song, The Fifth Angel, Repentless, Last Drop of Blood, Broken Survivors, damn near every song of theirs is a banger and catchy as hell.

They have a similar sound because Anton Kabanen (Lead guitar, backing vocals and keyboardist for BiB) was the song writer for Battle Beast until 2015 when (according to him at least) the band basically ditched him after their February 2015 concert in Amsterdam and he ended up starting Beast in Black later that same year.

Fun to watch you reacting to all these finnish bands. Don't forget to check out Battle Beast as well. Beast in Black is actually a band that came from some memebers of Battle Beast leaving and having their own band. Not sure what from them to suggest, somebody can help, or just check the most watched songs ones from youtube. Female fronted band.

► Oh, already the second reaction to the Beast in Black! ► You're right, these guys are fucking melodic! You should check out the rest of their songs and videos, like "Moonlight Rendezvous" where you get even more varied vocals from Yiannis. This is the link to their official video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qom9fGWGfrFmpsU -------------------------------------------------- ► Also in the last review you said that you really love it when both guitarists do their own solos. I would like to advise you to get acquainted with the amazing melodic Heavy Metal band from Japan - Lovebites. This is, without exaggeration, a small but real miracle not only in the world of Metal music in Japan, but also in the whole world (Lovebites received recognition as the best new Metal band in 2018). ► First of all, you can be 101% out of 100% sure that you have never heard such long, inventive and melodic guitar solos from both guitarists. And besides this, both guitarists, when they each play their part, often make a common part, harmonize the guitars: this can be called a real musical orgasm. Such guitar playing is already their hallmark. ► Secondly, you will enjoy how their little (148cm tall) vocalist works, what an interesting technique she has, how she keeps her vocals under control - having mostly a medium tone, she knows how and loves to often go into high ranges . ► I will leave you a link to their official video on their channel. This song is more of a melodic Power Metal style, but they take the best of the Metal genre since the 70s and play different styles - always very melodic and inventive. I would call it Melodic Syncretic Metal (where Treash, Power, Symphonic, Heavy, Speed, Hard Rock and some other Metal styles are combined). Start with "Holy War": kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJikqaN7paqWpNE

► @@grieverproductions2022 , іt's simple - I like to watch interesting reactions to the music of my favorite artists, the better it is when the reaction is made by a person who himself is engaged in music or vocals. ► Beast In Black and Lovebites are two of my favorite bands and are in my "Top 7" of the best music of all possible genres, of all times and peoples. And, if you like one artist, I'll gladly advise you on the second, because you wanted a lot of cool guitars and because these two bands are one of the most melodic of our time; if the Beast in Black boldly mixes electronic music into his Metal, then Lovebites does it through the classic methods of Metal music. 🤘

Since you have mentioned Nightwish previously, I would me amiss if I didn't recomend a band I just found out about 2 weeks ago when I saw them live, that reminded me a lot of them but with a unique twist. "Visions of Atlantis". Check out their song "Master the Huricane". Symphonic metal with dual vocalists with a heavy pirate theme (but playing it straight, in contrast to say Alestorm, so it works really well). They have other songs to but that one is definitly the way to be introduced to the band, it was the song they started the setlist with when I saw them. Beast in black will have to wait until march for me until I get to finally see them live. There are lots of more songs from them for you to check out Moonlight Rendevouz and One Night in Tokyo are both great from the last album (Hardcore might not be safe for your channel thou so you might want to stay away from reaction to that one... Yes it's exactly for the reason you think)

I also think the "I have not heard this, but it feels familiar" has a lot to do with how much like New Wave this sound like. This and a lot of their songs feels so much like a song Alpahaville, Duran Duran, New Order or early Depeche could have done in the 80:s, just with the metal amped up to 11.

I'm just saying this - if you are a vocal coach making reaction videos on youtube, you have to do a Jinjer video. You just have to, it's a rite of passage :) Do Pisces , then Perennial, then a deep analysis with Tatiana's one take performance on Judgement (& Punishment). Have fun!
