News flash, I have zero degree or diploma, I took ms900 az900 and sc900 I now have an it heldesk job with zero xp at 43 and I’m surrounded by comp science grads all working the same job…

I started as a support technician, after some time I am a SRE, I want to grow more but I do not want to become a manager.
