I think,coming out later in life is more scary than anything.

I assume It depends on that individual’s experience and what coming out looks like for them and the support system they have

As someone who’s coming out later I’d never wish this on the worst person out there. I’m learning to love myself with it but seriously internalized homophobia is no walk in the park.

@@JoyMDors86same. Im shook. So many things in my head but I want to be myself. To be free. I don't want to hide a relationship; I want to do it well. Idk

You are so unbelievably beautiful 💟 As a queer person living in the MENA region, I can relate so fkn much to this self-expression battle and I'm fighting viciously.. I thank you for the safety and power you gave me sitting here behind my screen, we'll keep fighting alone yet together until we're ALL FREE and feeling Audaciously Queer

I can totally relate to what you experienced in Columbia. I grew up in a small town in Indiana in the 60's. I had a hard time making peace between my sexuality and the Christian faith I was raised in. I now am part of a spiritual group with both gay and straight people. We have interfaith dialogue and people openly risk vulnerability. It's a safe place for me, and everyone in the group.

it is so funny to listen to the beginning where you describe how youth was for you (for me it was also quite similar) and then seeing both of you just being straight up the coolest people...

I'm Queer and an Atheist! I love you so much, this video really helped me push back suicidal thoughts, etc, etc and calm me down.. I'm Queer and proud and I plan to cut off the abusive bigoted wastes of space that hate me for being born Queer in the future once I get to Canada- What I'm saying is, you really helped comfort me today... I know I'm not alone, it's just to comfort myself all the time. I love you all, thank you for the Queer safe space! 🏳🌈 🏳⚧⚧

Look at phenomena like LGBTQ2S+ affirming patriarchy. Inclusive church, marriage, psychology, and sex slavery...

Is gay audacity a pushback from internalized homophobia?

For me, it sure is! It feels like a liberation

You don't "identify" as LGB. L, G and B are sexual orientations, not a "preference" or an "identity". Just the TQ's are about identity.

Big Challange, what will happen, if/when Trump becomes president. I am scared on behalf on the whole world.
@Magnocalabro12 күн бұрын
Nothing will happen, at least for gay people. Maybe he'll give a hard time to the TQ+, but definitely not the LGB.
