Such a down to earth, outstanding and non-full of herself attitude. Makes me proud of my Welsh family name. She could also have been a model, glad she went for something more inspiring of what those with good epigenetics are capable of. We all use to have such fortune. Hopefully more will realize the wisdom in books like that by the long time BJJ instructor Arthur Haines, before too much more time passes (all about how modern living is "choking out" our epigenetic expression. Title is "A New Path" and it is an absolute must read). Cheers.
