Good morning 🌞 Muskrat and Cindy, making junk into useful junk is what I’ve done for years. Most of my projects are built from someone else’s junk and repurposed into something that I need for the farm. That’s a great beginning of the topper for your truck, I can see it becoming an ingenuous way to use items you already have to make a good cover for protecting the things you haul around in the bad weather 👍💪🙌🙏🌈✌️🐽🐷🐖stay safe and warm, watch your topknots my friends and looking forward to the continuation of your projects

Mornin. Wind is pretty strong this morning. Hey, that just gave me an idea. Cold weather canvas tent deployment unit. To get warm and get out of the cold when your out and about without running your truck and using ceramic heaters to warm the unit. Small single matress and storage underneath the bed desisigned to pull out lite a drawer. Yep, gonna start designing one. Hope Cindy's doing well. God bless you both, Tennessee Hillbilly, Out.

A manual fuel pump accessible on the side of the engine, not electronics that failed you at the most inappropriate time. Up under,and over inside a gas tank, and you ain't going no where until tear all down and back up 😡🥵

Yes and No. We get some huge windstorms every now and then. We live at the base of these mountains and the wind blows along them like a wall and can do a LOT of damage. Leadore, where Dave Morelli lives, it never stops blowing except to take another breath!

Have you seen the "Poor Man's Fiberglass" Videos on here? (Not mine, but on You Tube) It's waterproof wood glue painted on, sanded and painted. It looks like it would work pretty well? I've used canvas and latex pain too. That seems to work pretty well also.
