My advise, don't get lost between DBA, Data Science and programming/development. Moving to cloud is a must do. DBA jobs are reduced to more than half in cloud era, and not sure why are you even delving into programming. Data Science is niche, hence consider Data Engineering in cloud. E.g. Azure Data Engineer Associate track. I've been a SQL Server DBA, and followed what I am advising. Hope it helps and all the best!

Sir I am 2024 passout from tier-3 clg and got an on campus placement (in SAP consultancy) but they laid all students without giving any specific reasons then I did a 3 months devops internship where I also couldn't make it full time although I was performing good but they said we don't need devops engineer currently, no i am learning aws from cantrill and deep diving into devops from youtube courses. I read a lot of posts on linkedin from senior engineers that fresher can't get cloud and devops roles without experience and I have no idea now whether I should continue this or start preparing for web dev again.

i hate videos like this. As someone who works in IT world videos like this are cancerous to the industry. It creates a false sense of entitlement and false ideology. No respectable company is going to allow someone with 4 months of experience or even just certs build and maintain their cloud based infrastructure. Cloud and cyber security are NOT entry level roles. They take years of experience and education of some sort to get into it. And even when you do you wont be a engineer. You will start off as an analyst, or admin of some sort. Going from 0 to Engineer straightaway just isnt going to happen. Please stop lying to people.
