Yes even tho it's not really decorated like she is going to dog on more to things she likes..I love the way it's set up a huge huge loft floor wise onv not height but it's a great layout and they put a lot into that home it's Soo great!

I love this tiny home. There is so much storage in it, including a regular closet! Nyota has a dishwasher too. And she has a downstairs bedroom. It is an amazing design. Thank you Nyota, for sharing your beautiful tiny home with us. I love it!!!

Yes, if one is not planning to move around a lot (like Nyota), then 10 ft-wide is great for a tiny home. I also like the 1st floor bedroom & the storage under her bed.

Great new digs, Nyota! I also lived most of my life in a big city so never got around to getting a driver's license, but I told myself I had to get it the year I turned 40 - and did, on December 31! I think you're going to love the independence of driving - there's nothing like it - and you'll experience a freedom that people who've had their licenses since they were 16 may not fully appreciate. With such a big move, your own unconventional home, and the freedom of wheels, this is truly a new chapter of life - enjoy writing your own great adventure!

This homeowner will have a good life in her new tiny digs. Tiny house neighbors are different than in a regular neighborhood. People who own a regular size house do have something in common in that they are all homeowners. But neighbors who have decided to go tiny have more stories to share with each other about why they finally went tiny. It's really not the same listening to your neighbor talk about what they paid for their new 5,000 ft.sq. house. More camaraderie and less envy must be nice for a change. Thanks to Tiny house communities things like Hey neighbor 👋! Front porches, and pitching in to help in a neighbor's garden next door is making a comeback👍.

Hi Nyota, love your home….love it. If it were mine, I would have a futon sofa which would provide extra comfort and sleep area. I would definitely bring a beautiful plant baby in the loft area because you get great light ,also you have the landing up there where you could display more of your collectibles, it’s like a long shelf and you would be able to see them from downstairs also. I love this woman! Her home layout is just perfect! I’m glad she splurged and added that loft! It’s big enough for a queen bed plus a twin, should she have grown children with children visiting! (When I was growing up, my sister and I often shared a twin on vacay, sleeping feet to face, although our legs were not long enough to reach each other’s faces. Who wouldn’t want to visit their mom/grandma in the warmth of Florida! No rush to add decor and furnish the loft. You’ve got time and waiting gives you the chance to do research and pick special things that are just perfect for you and your space! Enjoy your planning and your beautiful tiny house!
