Hi Nyota, love your home….love it. If it were mine, I would have a futon sofa which would provide extra comfort and sleep area. I would definitely bring a beautiful plant baby in the loft area because you get great light ,also you have the landing up there where you could display more of your collectibles, it’s like a long shelf and you would be able to see them from downstairs also. I love to decorate. And your hair is too cute. Hope you get this message and enjoy your home……blessings!!

I’m 78 years old and would need a bar or grip to hold on to coming down from the bed. It’s an accident waiting to happen. I’m strong and very fit, but I wouldn’t trust myself coming down from the bed at night to use the bathroom. It’s a simple fix. The bar or grip could be something decorative.

Glad to see that some jurisdictions are allowing tiny home villages. When the tiny house movement started 20 years ago, jurisdictions imposed a minimum sq ft for detached housing, mainly because they wanted to collect more property tax. Looks like they're relaxing that.
