Loved this episode as my husband and I are heading to SA in March for a month road tripping around all the peninsulas. I thought WA beaches were amazing and hard to beat but SA cannot wait to see SA beaches if they are all like Flahertys Beach. Great episode showcasing the best fishing in the sea. So glad to see that they showed you how to fillet garfish …… best way to eat gars . It’s my husband Peter’s old stamping grounds being SA born (now WA) . We make regular visits and have friends with a holiday house and small boat at Port Vincent ……….. garfish , crabs , whiting galore . So wonderful that you have enjoyed the York Peninsular.

SA always gets a bad rap as having nothing to see or do! Just the way us locals like 😊👍 Yorke Peninsula has some great beaches and fishing. Hope you got to swim at the underrated Dolphin Beach and Shell Beach. The best on YP imo
