In a gold rush - the person who sells shovels gets rich. In the world of internet “make money quick”, the person who sells the dream gets rich - in both cases, the gold prospectors and the people wanting financial freedom are always left holding an empty bag

Same, my family may count as wealthy even before I was born. But because of reckless credit loan use, we went downhill, so then our house was sold as a loan guarantee and we moved. And there is so many things to do for my parents to fix back our finances but they ended up doing MLM businesses for like nearly 7 years. That made us didn't have a proper and stable income and those 7 years just went to waste. Then my parents decided to be a property developer and bc of my dad's "over-optimism" we bought a house with a loan way above our means so guess what, the pandemic hits and we lose it again. It really sucks to go through this especially for my siblings and parents. But I now have a lot of things to learn from this for my future. So it's good to see people who went through the same thing as me

Only minutes into his first pitch and I'm confused; he's training to be a doctor? In the UK you actually get an NHS bursary and other support if you're training to be a doctor (it's the same for other medical professionals such as nurses or physiotherapists) so he's presumably in a much better position than most students. Also studying medicine is more intense than most courses but he has time to trade and teach? Are students these days impressed by Maseratis? Like I said so confused...

9:30 I'd crack up if some big CEO walked into that small room and told him to STFU!, becaues they had a board meeting going on in the other room. I wonder if actual business owners cringe or hate having to share the floor with the instagram guru's that take picture all day and scam people. I bet if you go to the car garage of that building, you see all these zoomers taking pictures of cars that aren't theirs in the lot.

Finally!!! This kid was commenting every CR7 instagram post for years! Something like ‘love you bro, you the best’ or ‘well done bro’. He got so many likes that people started believing it was a real thing he had going on with the celebs. Also yes in Europe people earn a lot less than in the US (Fact) and a lot of things are more expensive, so a used Maserati turns heads. But it depends, the UK is different from mainland Europe (for example France or Belgium).
