The last time I stayed there years ago, staff placed me in a smoking room (without informing me IIRC). It wasn't pleasant, so great to see floors 5 and 7-12 inclusive have renovated rooms. Your videos are excellent: you're informing us of almost everything any traveller of either sex and any age group might want to know. Great work: thank you.

Thanks again. Defiantly and improvement. Hopefully all rooms will get the make over in the near future.

Stayed there several times between 2010-2012....Can't believe they serve stewed Bull's nuts......that really brought back some pleasant memories......stayed there with a fantastic girl once. Thanks for the video.

Yeah they are not on my bucket list to eat! If you find another girl and go back you'll find the rooms nicer. Might impress her more!

Rob fyi. Dinuguan (Bean Date Cafe), is a savory Filipino stew made of bite-sized pork cooked in pig’s blood, vinegar, garlic, onions, and chili peppers. It's a versatile dish. it could be eaten as a main meal with rice or a snack with sticky rice. This Filipino stew is an acquired taste. Most westerners will stay away from it by the mere mention of pig's blood. If cooked properly it is actually quite delicious, bold and hearty. By the way, is the hotel close to Quest. Stayed at Quest but not Parklane. Another excellent presentation Rob. Thank you.

You know I did try pigs blood before and yes the name was off putting. I thought it was just ok, maybe it wasnt cooked as well like you said. The Quest is just on the next block opposite the Madarin. So many hotels in that area. Cheers,

It's a shame that building blocked the views from the pool area. Great review..👍

Hello :) I'm looking for the best Hotel (with beach) in Cebu for a vacation with my fiancee. Can you reccommend your favorite Beach Hotel? Currently I'm looking at the Sheraton but maybe you have another tip? Thank you very much!

When are they going to stop wearing those horrible masks, my own Thai girlfriend wears one occasionally. Only in Asia does this still happen weird 😢. I stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and it was one of the best places to stay back then!
@FindingParadise Жыл бұрын
I noticed in the city it's more common people are still wearing them. Some hotels it's not compulsory. Some guest are still super cautious so they kinda looking after their needs. There are guests who wont book a hotel if staff don't have masks!
