This is one of the first times I've recorded a video while wearing headphones. As I mention in the video, I probably should monitor my audio ALL the time, instead of just looking at the meter to see if I'm clipping. But HEARING my voice in real-time while I'm recording does have an effect on how I talk. I think it makes me take things a little calmer. I've been feeling hurrified in recent videos. Hope y'all like the new setup! Steady Craftin videos are made with the help of DIRECT SUPPORT: www.patreon.com/steadycraftin (You'll also get access to the printable 3D scans of my original sculpted figures, MP3s, exclusive behind-the-scenes videos, shop discounts, and more.) My family and I are so grateful that I get to do this.

Was suspending "bronze" in resins and spraying over different materials. Was scuff back resins to expose metal w solvent and scotch bright, cold patina and then clear coat.. My experiance and exposure was not normal, but had very large impact on me and my health. Get a down draft table going.... Great for fumes and vapors cost u nothing to build use pc fans so also quiet... I dont wish my experiance on anyone... Goodness, my friend I hope you eventually get full health again, glad I only use small and I mean small amounts of any heavy metal and that is Lead. I will plate safer metals if I need a copper color, never powder. Thanks for the advice and truly I do hope you can get back to at least 90% full lung capacity my dad he had cancer twice due to chewing Tobacco and he quit and his lungs will never be a hundred percent due to his Trache but he is 90% and that is great.

Dear CrafsMan, my toddler woke up at 4:15am and she was inconsolable. I offered her snacks, water, milk, reading a book, I even offered her to hang out with the cat, which is her favorite thing usually. She would not stop crying and rejected all my offers. So I put on this video and she calmly watched your soothing crafting and fell back asleep. You got me an extra hour of sleep this morning, and I really appreciate it.

I grew up saying "Legos" too, so don't feel like you're alone on that one. That's a lotta Mold Star. Got a little production run in the works? "What y'all been up to, lately?" Practicing my handwriting, like back in school when we had the lined paper for making cursive letters. Also using some dip pens for inking artwork, instead of using my pigment markers. I recommend giving them both a try! With that SLA printer, you could probably print articulated parts for action figures with the pegs and everything, then cast them in some slightly flexy resin so the pieces pop together. Somebody would probably appreciate a robot like that toy but with moving parts! Maybe even ones you could swap out and customize.

Hi Crafsman! I dunno if you've ever done this--I don't like picking the bits of silicone out of my legos (lego), so I make a little box out of the side of a cereal box. I just draw a rectangle around my object (it doesn't have to be perfect), and then cut sides out and fold them up, then I seal the outside with tape. They're not very reusable, but they're quick and easy to make! You can even make triangles or wacko shapes, too, if you want the sides of the box to hug close to your object to conserve silicone. I dunno, just thought I'd share....

What have I been up to you ask brother? I’ve been working on my music. This lockdown has really helped me fall in love with myself. But I’ve been so busy, I fell out of touch with your channel. I love your videos. They give me, love yourself vibes, in a way that isn’t cheesy or in your face. I wish you did more cartoons or animations. Those are my favorites. If you did little cartoons for your action figures and gave them little stories, I think your channel would pop off. I wouldn’t be able to wait. Because crafts are fun, but once you get into crafts, you learn so much, so fast, and statistically, people are only interested in instructional videos for so long. But entertainment, people always need entertainment. And people want to connect with you. Cartoons would give us a deeper look into the mind of the Crafsman 😊

Nice to ask us what we've been up to. I 3d printed one of the AGUA figures from the model on your etsy shop with glow-in-the-dark filament. Then I painted black dots with white highlights for his eyes, a little line in his mouth crevice, and little lines around each of his little hand bumps. That gives him a lot more definition because otherwise it's hard to make out what the shape is. And the cooler part is that when he glows in the dark the paint blocks the glow so you can still see his little pupils, mouth and arms as dark lines!
