Just a suggestion, when you mentioned 3rd largest startup ecosystem, you could have added a phrase , following country1, country2. Because now I have to search it. Since my assumption is Usa, China

That is exactly what I thought when she came to the sodium ion battery...we are nowhere close to South Korea, China, Japan or USA in this field!

@@ram1011 doesn't matter if we catch up or not... it is the direction that matters... we just need to improve every year. stating "catching up is hard" is half the problem.

@@historybuff-p6x Forget about "catching up"...I have clearly stated that "We are no where close", and I stand by my statement.

@@ram1011 What you said is technically true, i agree. but here is why i think that making a statement like "not even close" is a disparaging statement even if true. Imagine you are a 5th grader child who did well in some advanced math competition. Either you will say "great news" or you will say "why don't you practice more to improve in different areas". you will never point him to a 10th grader and say "you are not even close". If you had said, "the gap is huge and the to close them we need to do x and y or dont do something", that would be constructive criticism. By just stating "we are nowhere close" is just mocking those who are excited about what we have done so far. I realize we are 30 + years behind china, it is pretty obvious, but any step forward is to be celebrated or at least constructively criticized.
