One of the now more well known facts is how lobsters were originally seen as peasant food. It's really fascinating.

@@Mahbu Yeah, a lot of the foods that are considered on the fancier side today would've been considered peasant fare before they were culinarily perfected. If you think about it, it probably took a lot of experimenting with preparation, cooking and how to season a lobster to be on par with modern culinary standards. I guess if you're new the America, it probably is fascinating. I grew up hearing stories like that, so to me it's more like, "Yeah, I've heard that story.".

Im sry. This doesnt work. - It makes no sense to pull out large jars of this and that, you just dont have acces to that shit. Only acceptable bending of the rules would be to swap items in between the different day-rations, ei basically throw ALL MREs known to man (from one country)- and mix and match items as if the soldiers could trade eachother. I mean. Who havnt swapped their dark choklate for some milky stuff, or the cranberry drink for the strawberry taste?? - Bit noone carry a lir of spice with them. Like cmon..

I mean it's still cool. You'd have to combine MRE's to make something like that, and plus during wartime I doubt men are foraging for cherry tomatoes (if they would even be in season during the time). I get your point, but it's also unrealistic

@@Xphinity What part of my comment is unrealistic?? Have you done your service? Soldiers swapping items is done from day 1, from youre a recruit til youre on a mission. If you dont like something and the loader would love it, then you swap. its not unrealistic that soldiers swap items. When we had a longer period out in the field then we had one appointed to do the cooking, usually the driver since he had to sit standby most the time anyways. We just dropped everything on him, and he would mix everything in a big pot and spice it with whatever little extra ketchup etc he had. it wasnt a wide selection of all sorts of "binders" and "enhancers" , it was a little extra pepper, some chilis and that was about it. Whats with the foraging?? - That would be down to the theater, the season, the region, the enemy, your equipement and supplys eh? Theres not a "one shoe fits all" when it comes to wartime..

@@martinwinther6013 I reread, and I misread the context of your comment. I read it as one sentence and thought you meant they should use outside items, not from MRE's. I agree with what you said, let them trade items from other MRE's, or use up some stashed seasoning.

Sorry guys but I’m done after this video I can’t keep watching this 100% half assed contest whether it be a reupload or some thing you did before or are you guys talking about how $100 will save you from zombies but never make any sense. It was cool when Izzy and cam. We’re both together now it’s just cringe.

Izzy and Cam left the show months ago. All of these videos are just left overs they recorded. They tried to change the show to include the police but it flopped. The channel is pretty much in it's last days...
