Food is important. I remember watching a documentary on the jungle training facility in Brazil (near Manaus I think) where there are programs for foreign armies. At the end of a day after traipsing all over the jungle, they had to sleep outdoors. All the trainees directly went to sleep except for the 3 French soldiers who began heating their food because 'you can't go to sleep without dinner'.

Our MREs are so good that I even got offered a 5.11 tactical backpack AND 6 american RMEs for TWO of mine, back in the years when I was on duty. Needless to say that my beautiful rush 72 in multicam still serves me very well today. When it comes to durable gear american have nothing to be ashamed about btw, they make absolutely amazing products.

When I was joung I used to work in the factory that makes the mont blanc deserts of these MRE during the summer holidays and it used to be a privilege since we could get a lot of them for free !

My strategy sounds boring but I'd camp with a tavor shotgun probably something that is just devastating I don't really wanna get into gun fights afterall and even if they wear armor shotguns are still effective
