my interpretation & experience with "follow my joy": so our nervous system is in constant alert. those who have friends who laugh with them can coregulate the ventral vagus. BUT we are still aware of the surroundings. NOT scanning the surroundings is the key, typically sx, sleeping, meditation, etc, any sensewise or posturewise defenseless state. but we are too buzzy to get into that state with only calm stuff. but our favorite hobby can, or once when i photographed tulips in a busy park, forgetting everything around me. i felt deeply relaxed for a short while afterwards. THATs what we manage to achieve with our "joy". a brief break from constant alert.

It's our soul having a clean up and moving back into the flow with God/Source/Nature, whatever term is comfortable. Some of us are clearing trauma, illnesses and undesirable desirable patterns for our lineage and the collective also. I call us "The Clean Up Team".

Such conflicting information. Lightning therapy saying to push through but other professionals saying that’s the opposite of what you wanna do with adrenal fatigue, nervous system burnout and dysregulation, and chronic fatigue syndrome. That the body needs to rest and focus on limbic and neutral retraining. Too many ideas causing more stress.

Lightning therapy is just asking to crash again at a later stage at life. Why would you want to push all your stress and trauma back into your body? Only good way out is to release it all from the body in small steps. If you 'heal' in 2 weeks you aren't recovered, you just tricked your brain 'nothing is going on'. It however prepares you for a life full of anxiety, depression and disease. Little do they know...

I think there is a sweet spot where you are not overriding your bodys current capacity and still keep trying and seeing how your capacity is evolving. I think it might be beneficial in th beginning to focus also on calming the nervous system. I've had amazing results with jogging and in the beginning it really felt like I was jogging on a bad hangover. After a month I was so much better.

It sure can be confusing. There are many drivers of MECFS and different ones apply to different people. Some people heal with neuroplasticity, nervous system work, vagus nerve work work, and trauma healing, etc. while others need focus on pathogens, viruses, infections, metals, gut health, etc. and while others need a combination of these. It gets confusing and overwhelming. That said, I hear again and again that brain and nervous system, etc work can greatly speed things up, when one has the the other bodily assaults going on.

Lightning Process doesn’t encourage pushing, rather changing your state before you do an actively so you don’t have to push.

Maybe interview Paul Robinson. He was diagnosed with CFS, but it was incorrectly treated hypothyroidism and it took him 10 years to figure out the right treatment for himself. He has helped many others recover since.

I'd love nothing more to find a fairly quick recovery. I'm 59. I have 10 yr old twins. One needs a liver transplant. Id love to be on my road to recovery when I get the call to fly interstate for the transplant. I don't know who to choose. I've done one 12 week group course and extra sessions. That helped a tiny bit.

Hi Raelan! Would you be interested in doing videos about people who have recovered from autoimmune? I know some people have been on your channel with that as one of their issues, but it would be amazing to spread hope for people with autoimmune issues! Theres alot of overlap in symptoms with CFS and auotimmune, although they have different mechanisms in the body, they are both very much mind body illnesses. It would be incredible for people, like myself, with autoimmune to see others recovering and doing well just like people with CFS, POTS, Fibromyalgia, lyme disease, etc. Get to see on your channel. ❤

Wow this was absolutely phenomenal! I really love the spiritual side that he is talking about. I can also attest to this with my own experience when I get to the "flow" state or the state of joyful doing everything just seems to go really well,

Thank you, very beautiful and informative video! Since I'm German I'd like to add for the record: "Germanic New Medicine" is largelely unknown und controversial here, since the founder made - besides helpful ideas - also quite horrible racist, antisemitic and far-right statements, and his ideology is based in parts on Nazi-ideas about race and the Germanic people. Also, quite a few people with cancer died following his guidance, they stopped all treatments besides his teachings, he promototed megalomaniac ideas about his genius, like a typical maniac guru. He eventually left Germany due to legal problems. So I'd recommend to be very critical and nuanced about his teachings.

It's known and populair in Russia too, amongst esoteric communities. Myself, I can not tolerate this kind of programs because they're so toxic, and I cannot look through the bad and delusional stuff around these.

Trying to believe or pretending to believe is a good start. Surrender to the morphic field that keeps you alive. Witness that your heart knows to beat and adjust to activity. The body breathes and repairs itself. The desire to heal is driven by survival intentions that kicks in regardless of beliefs. No need for pretending when you know this. Ten deep breaths and ask for guidance. Cheers from Australia.

You don't have to believe in a man up the sky if that's what you think. But if you believe that ultimate evil and ultimate good exist, you can believe in that. Ultimate good being the same as God.
