I am a poster boy for your list, for your pathology exclusion list, for your treatment list. The order of significance in treatments was exactly correct. It was nice to hear you say improvements can take months. They can take months and months.

Research shows Quercetin dihydrate is able to bind to residual spike proteins and disable them. I've seen people thwart long covid by using it x3 per day. Quercetin can be poorly absorbed so the dihydrate form is critical.

You forgot the MCAS element of long COVID! My MCAS went nuts from mold but the Reddit MCAS group is filled with folks whose covid or even vaccine caused their MCAS to go nuts. The processed food thing is real cuz all the preservatives are made from corn and my mast cells seem to be so sensitive to anything made from corn!

This is a common symptoms of severe "PEM" or post exertional malaise. Or as another poster said, perhaps a histamine problem. Check out the low histamine diet and especially an inflammatory diet. If the gut is inflamed, the brain will be inflamed. Also, you need to call down the nervous system.

Put this on top of Lyme, and you have a 38 year-old neurological mess with rage! Oh, he’s had Lyme meningitis 30 years ago and several severe TBIs, and now autoimmune encephalitis. We don’t know where to take him because he’s constantly having meltdowns.
@revelation12_111 күн бұрын
Gut rage, brain rage. Have you tried an anti-inflammatory diet? The virus tends to reactivate old stuff, or else it suppresses the immune response so old stuff pops up. Autoimmune generally has to do with a damaged microbiome. Are there a lot of food sensitivities?
@Tinyteacher111111 күн бұрын
@ I keep telling him, but he lives with his father and doesn’t believe he has any of this except Lyme. He’s always getting horrific headaches and he eats crap and smokes. I give up. I’m doing my treatments and have been sick for 21 years, but he knows everything, and the worst part is that he spent 3 months in jail without treatment and crappy food, and now he has PTSD. I wish he didn’t come from me!

It got me good this time , but i wasnt tested , but i got sick for a week and the only symptoms i had was a runny nose a little bit of a cough but not severe, acute sore throat and i felt fatigue lost my smell and taste . 3 days after i recovered , i started feeling good again and then WAM BAM on the 4th day , i start having TROUBLE breathing at work , ever since October 23 2024 , i have to take deep breaths and lose my breath easily . I was not vaccinated because i thought covid was a joke . Now im here crying, trying to figure out how to make this go away . Its gotten a little better since 3 days ago. Gone to the doctor 3 times , got an inhaler now and did a pulmonary test last week . I believe i have alot of inflammation in my body . Doctor also prescribed me losartan for my high blood pressure 140/90 . The first day i took losartan, i noticed my symptoms got slightly better, i was able to catch my breath easier. Did some research on losartan and found out it acts as a anti inflammatory, it could also possibly protect you from covid lung damage. So maybe my blood pressure medication is helping me in a way , i also stopped drinking soda 2 days ago and been drinking 5-8 bottles of water everyday for the passed 4 days . I do believe this is covid because everyone else in my family is still kinda sick after 3 weeks since we all got sick . But my lungs are trippen. Good luck everyone. Once I start feeling better I'm going to get all the vaccines . 😂 😊😢😢

I fall into all 4 of those groups. And I keep getting gaslit. I’m trying to find a doctor who can at least understand. I know there’s no magical cure. I live in a rural state where care isn’t very good.
@michaelplunkett51247 күн бұрын
You won’t be able to find a doctor who can truly help because there is no proven help. I know I had it and I am a physician. His advice is good. Follow it and pray. Mine was horrible, thought I’d have to stop work (which I love), but one day after 4 months it just went away overnight. Went back to skiing, hiking, and 14 mile bike rides. So have faith, it does remit. It’s just so frustrating because there is no treatment.

Long-Covid or instead people only not getting to see the dentist on time. While everyone was expected to adjust to so many fast change sets of rules causing stress. Like that one a young student who is trying to cope with all their classes being online only then being mistreated by cranky taxi driver after she forgot to bring which right matching purse she wanted to bring along to the over controlled building later as all of the lock down rules were being eased. Whom I had to help into the building so she could get some help from a help desk. After the lock downs when almost all of the dentist offices were closed at the time. Only coincidence concerning the only dentists left in town willing to serve the public or what. I recall having to help a young woman who had ended up in a total state of learned helplessness while sitting on the sidewalk in a heap during 35 below Celcius weather after being dropped off at the same public building I was headed to enter while her location was farther away form the only set of doors of the building there by an angry taxi driver who had just finished telling her that because she had no taxi fare that she was now going to be arrested sooner or later for doing that and so it would be in her best interest safety to wait there for her arrest.
