How wonderful! I dont know why but I've spent countless hours over the years watching silversmithing and goldsmithing videos, what an art, beautiful! It inspired me to make a pair of silver earrings and a gold pair which I still wear but nothing as magnificent as these amazing pieces, wonderful! The lapidary process is awesome as well. 🖖😎

This is beautiful! Not only the jewelry, but the story. His jewelry reminds me of some jewelry I got from my mom years ago. We lived in Alaska when I was young and my mom was dating the son of the chief of the Athabascan tribe. He gave her a beautiful jewelry set. After they split up, she gave them to me because he and I were so close. I still have it, but I'm not sure that it's 100% silver, so I can't wear it. I love the personalization this guy puts into his work- it makes each piece tell a story 💚

Gorgeous and the craftsmanship is amazing. His story has magick to it and I'm lookin' at how he crafts each work of art and its beautiful. Like a master he tells the silver his idea and the silver is happy to follow. I feel like if I want a piece made, I have to go visit him and bring the stone with me. I feel like he would tell me the story of the stone and the piece he made would be one that started a story. I love it!!

Great video! Seeing Kevin using the jewelry saw brought up memories from my art class in high school. Those things are so easy to break if you apply too much pressure. I broke quite a few doing copper enameling. He made it look so easy. That's the sign of someone who's been doing that for a long time. The finished ring was gorgeous.

Saw you on a video on another channel smoking a pipe. As a pipe smoker i would love to see a pipe video. What pipes you have, what tobaccos, if you use any other native american blends like kinnikinnick, etc and how it relates if at all to your heritage and traditions if it all. Some history related to pipes and tobacco in relation to your tribe would be cool too. Keep up the good videos.

Took me moving to south Texas to appreciate what I grew up knowing about Gallup, NM. I’m not indigenous but miss the Navajo tacos, the jewelry, ceremonials, etc. We often go back to visit Gallup, still have family there, any chance I get to go to Gallup flea market I’m in the lookout for silversmith’s. Their work is beautiful! I can admire and appreciate all the work it took to make such a spectacular piece.

My grandfather was a Silversmith, he made everything by hand. From leaves to fancy beads and he could restore everything. I didn’t realize how popular and talented he was until someone told me , white men would commission him to create Squashblossom necklaces for their wives, because a normal sized necklace would be lost on them. Apparently, he could charge an arm and leg for his creations. His name was Harvey Olden Dixon.

big bro, i've just found your channel and of course auto subscribe! your story about slavery in spirit world is similar here in southeast asia. it's common believe that some people made a pact with demon/evil spirit for whatever reason ( for wealth or just practice black magic ) that after they die their spirit will become slave for the demon they made a pact with. also they usually sacrifice their loved ones for the demon/evil spirit as "payment".
