From Start to Finish: GODREVY 10k Race on the STUNNING Cornish Coast Path | Run4Adventure

It's always an exciting time down here in Cornwall when the brilliant Freedom Racing Summer Sessions start. The first race in the series is the stunning Godrevy 10k and boy did we have a wonderful evening for the race. Training has been going well and I'm definitely starting to get some fitness back. I always look forward to you filming this race every year. I think it's one of favourites. I could tell that was a genuine effort Loyd. Also impressed how rapidly you went down those stairs, if I tried that there would 'collar bone unpleasantness' 🤣. You've also reminded me that I need to enter the Serpent Trail 20km👍

@@colincocks1335 Not sure where your comment went but yes 2.5 weeks, sometimes 3 weeks. Holiday there usually twice a Year, love it! Two best places in the UK are Cornwall and the Lake District in my opinion, but Cornwall gets the weather and beaches!

Such fun, eh? As your Ultra runner said, the 10k is much harder and many long distance endurance athletes say a fast 10k is super hard…. You should try running 10k with back pack, big flag, boom bass speaker and a GoPro like this guy 👇🏼
