Nice house, the only thing I would like to see is either some nice planks or split tree bolted on the foundations covering up the concrete structure. Just some bolted on half a tree with split tree uprights in front of or around the pillars so that it’s carrying its own weight but bolted onto the building. If you add on a carport you can also add a second level terrace balcony in the same style as the house. Or you build a tiled roof under a pitch that’s just ends up under the house it’s ground floor beam with the same roof tiles as the house. This would you bring the concrete beam and pilar structure into the building and you could get away simply covering them up with big one piece cut planks. I think it would change the whole style of the house especially if you cover up the concrete and add some natural rock/ bolders Seth as foundation rock for carport upright logs, two bolders on the beginning of the driveway etc. hiding the modern bringing in some natural shapes complimenting the log structure even more.

It's good forest management to thin the trees. It makes more rainfall available to other trees, opens the canopy, & gives brambles & other plants to grow beneath which benefits the creatures. God bless. Many die in drought so cut them down & cut lumber. Or use for firewood.

@@dol3980 No one says you can't build wood houses. What we all say though once you take the wood out from the woods make sure you plant back the same number of trees that you used to build that house. It's only fare. If I would have money to buy an electric car I would buy it tomorrow. Do you get it now? Take 40-50 years for a tree to grow and takes only 10 minutes to cut it down. How is that fare?
@dol3980 Жыл бұрын
@@andreiiasi Poland has a very good forestry policy, and the forests around Gdansk/Kartuzy area are pristine and well managed. By contrast look at the clear cutting in Brazil/Colombia for coffee beans/cattle/soy crops, Malaysia for rubber, Burma for mahogany/teak, and clear cutting of 1000 year old Sitka Spruce on BC coast in Canada, all shipped to China, and trudeau is concerned about climate change (LOL). I cut 20 hardwood trees for wood heating and try to only cut dead and diseased ones and weed out aspen (junk tree). EVs r a joke, as they take 20x more fossil fuels to build then IC equivalents - do the math.
