Speaking as a Marc fan, I hope this doesn't turn into a Ducati GP. Hopefully, Aprilia and KTM can still challenge them next season. I'd also love more intense (but respectful) duels with Pecco. I noticed something interesting Gigi said earlier about choosing Marc over Jorge, he mentioned about "maturity" (in riding, etc). It's a logical decision I reckon, without blatantly ignoring Jorge Martin's (and Enea's) riding talent. Pecco and Marc have that maturity and consistency, they can bounce back from problems, riding around well (with their talents and limits) and extracting what's best from situations. Champions are not the ones who never lose and never feel afraid. But they chose to persevere and deliver what matter the most they hold dear; knowing when to advance, constrain, or bravely withdraw. Retreat isn't always a coward's move. Look at what Marc has done from Honda to Gresini then to Ducati factory!

If Marquez wins a championship on a dominant Ducati it will be just as impressive as Rossi winning on a dominant Honda or Yamaha. Having the best bike helps but the rider still needs to get it done.
