Just finished watching this video, and noticed my nose was running. First thought was oh, no, I must be getting sick. Then I realized that despite having a couple good chuckles, and being thoroughly delighted to see and hear how much better you Shaun are doing, I was actually crying in relief that your pain level is down. After several strokes left me physically and cognitively impaired this year, the last month has been amazing. I’m able to walk 4-5 miles and do some exercises now. Life is returning to normal and that makes for happy tears, for everyone who is clawing their way back to better health. Congrats. Keep on keeping on!

You two are beautiful souls and I’m glad you’re managing to ignore sad trolls. I was never bullied in school but when people did occasionally try to knock me down, it genuinely made me happier about who I am and sad for them that they had nothing better to do because the comments were often about things that made me different and I always thought and still think it is better to be yourself and not need to conform and felt sorry for those who are less able to be themselves and therefore pick on those who are. My late Mum was bullied when she was in school and she passed on what she learned from that to me - that it is best to ignore bullies because they thrive on your attention and that it is more their problem than yours - like you said in this video. If you’re successful, which you are, there will sadly always be jealousy in this human experience we’re all sharing. I really do feel for people who have nothing better to do than try to put others down, their lives must be very sad indeed, hope they get help. Great to see you feeling more yourself, Colin and like all good friends, we don’t go away just because you’ve taken time away. 💚

Im so glad you are looking and feeling better. Being in pain all the time, im one of many that survive on a cocktail of drugs just to get me through the day. ive often said, if i could just give all my pain away just for a few hours and let someone else feel what its like and then maybe they would not nag me to come on, you will be ok, oh you never smile and dont want to go out and do stuff. Most days i dont want to wake up and get out off bed, but youve been there and lived to tell the tale. Your videos have always made me smile laugh out loud, feel sad and cry, sometimes all in one showing lol, you have kept me going so im hopeing that we have done the same for you. I cant wait to see your both out and about doing what you do, The book, i stopped the video, to get the title right and its now on my kindle ready to read and review it i will. The pictures up on the wall are a beautiful reminder of a great day. Give Shaun a hug, hes a great guy who has worried himself silly im sure about you not being 100& but now hes getting back the guy he fell in love with all those years ago and i wish you nothing but love and good health to see you through all this adventures xx
