hello, i applied for MPNP( Manitoba provincial nominee programme) i submitted my all the documents along with settlement plan in the month of august 2024.1)When i login to my MPNP portal it shows application received. its been 5 months still can't get verification call to my relatives. 2)from application received to application in process and application is finalised how much time it would takes. please help me in this matter. because waiting is too tiring. Hi Sofia! I applied for Express Entry recently and have already received my ITA. I'm just gathering my documents before submitting for PR application. My PGWP is expiring soon. I was only given 1 year. What did you do when yours expired? Did you extend your work permit? I heard about the BOWP but I'm worried that I won't have enough time til I receive my AOR.

Congratulations on the ita , luckily my work permit had not expired so I dint hv to apply for BOWP , but once u accept the ita , submit the docs and make the payment u will get an email confirming your receipt of applications usually within 1-2 days , the letter states that u can use it to apply for BOWP , so don’t worry

Hey congratulations, u would hv to apply for pr travel documents from India incase your Ecopr comes to travel to Canada or maybe if u hv TRV already it can work , I would recommend calling ircc and confirming

Hi Sofia, I received my ITA and have to upload the upfront medical documents. Since I am in canada and I took medicals while applying for study permit within the last 5 years, ircc website says I don't have to do medicals as per their temporary policy valid till October 2024. The medicals dropbox is asking for my IME/UMI number, but I don't have it. I have my e-medical information sheet so shall I upload that or shall I do another medical now?

Try and reach out to the centre where u did with the medical test they can help with the ime maybe or You can attach LOE explaining you can’t find your previous IME - IRCC should be able to link your previous Medicals .

Thank you for such a detailed video. I have a question regarding PCC. I recently moved to Canada. However I received my ITA in the previous country I was living in. We had got the PCC when we lived there and it was taken 13 days before we moved out of there. I have submitted the documents with the same PCC. Is this a cause of concern and if it is how can I rectify it?

Hi congratulations on the ita , it should be ok , worst case scenario incase ircc wants a fresh PCC they will reach out to u and let u know , so don’t worry

Congratulations sofi and the best video i have seen till now. 🎉. I have just 1 question i submitted my profile on 31 January and on feb 29 i received the bio metric and medical request and everything was updated on the portal on 2 april , does it mean that they have verified all the documents and i will receive the email soon or why does it takikg so long because in tracker i can see background verification is in progress but as you said if the bio metric and medical is done then i should have received it by now. Also i have applied from india express entry.

Hi if u havent claimed for your education , i would recommend not changing it now , best would be to keeo your profile the same as before getting ita

Hi I never said that , I studied for my ielts and scored 8.5 bands to get maximum language score , I had foreign experience from my home country and 2 degrees , bachelors in India and post grad from Canada , and I was lucky my score was 507 and the draws in 2023 were in that range , I totally agree that it has become more difficult with the current high draws , that why recommend students to get additional points by learning French or obtaining a job with lmia

Getting 507 is not an easy task, moreover, folks who have a skilled job in Canada (tax payers who run Canadian economy) would be in state to get high CRS. No way PR is earned easy imho.

You don’t need to submit, service Canada directly sends it to ircc , u will see it on your profile once updated
