I've been using this mask since the start of Covid and I love it. The ear loops do break away from the mask though.

I'm a BOTN fan. Yes, the ear loops can suck but are manageable. But the fit is perfect.

I just got some of these and was having issues with my glasses. I noticed that air was coming through the fabric for the nose area strongly. I was wondering if that's due to the high breathability or if that's a weaker area of the mask and isn't filtering as well. Is there a way to test that?

They do sell extra large, these are my preferred mask. They're really good.

"I could be doing some fashion (hands doing the side to side slinging motion) thing" - Yep, that was the funny cue for me. I love the style of these masks as well. Have been trying to get a hold of them for my youngest and me. Their face is small as mine and it's hard to find good masks that filters well and fit well. Also price matters too.

Tucking in the adjustable earloops would seemingly create a gap for leakage. I would snip them with scissors and just leave 1/4" exposed.

Thanks for this video!!!! I was hoping you might be able to answer this question for me. I just ordered my first BOTN KF94 masks. They seems to fit well but when I tried to perform the "candle test" I was able to extinguish over and over way too easily. I wasn’t able to do this with a three layer cotton mask I was wearing previously. Should I be concerned about the efficacy and filtration based on that? I’m a bit confused! Maybe that really isnt an accurate way to test how protective a KF94 is (or any mask, really).

The candle test isn't useful for testing the filtration quality of the mask material because the electrostatic charge of the material is what counts. At the 15min 19 seconds mark in the link below Aaron does a "FAQ" list which also includes the candle test. kzbin.info/www/bejne/faaTeJ6ghNWCoJI

The ear loops didn't hold up for me. They detached from the mask with minimal use.
