From Team Athlete to Career CrossFit Coach, With Kelly Kelly

I never in a million years did I ever think I could love to workout, then I joined a crossfit gym and it changed everything I thought about fitness. I actually think maby I can do this. I'm always excited to see the next days workout when it post. I love the community atmosphere and the trainers are great. I have had past sports injuries and had 4 surgeries on one of my knee. The trainer new what excercises to do and what not to do but still strengthen them without more injury. I can modify the workouts for my specific needs. You just cant get that in a regular gym.
