I was there six weeks ago my 2nd time there I really like the place . The best beach is on the Air base..I like that everything except the timber hut bar is shut by Nine , very peaceful and quiet place.

Originally, my hope was to settle in PKK. But with all the KZbin bloggers MARKETING PKK, the rental market there has gone through the roof on properties suitable for both myself and my animals. I ended up with a long term rental about an hour north that I absolutely love for a third of the prices I saw for comparable homes there. PKK and their night markets are a favorite day trip destination. Glad you're focusing on losing some chins. Please consider shaving if you're going to show your face in future videos. That hobo look was very distracting with an otherwise wonderful video overview of PKK. First time viewing and I subscribed. Best of luck.

I live in PKK & I agree with you, property rental prices & land prices have gone through the roof here due to all the KZbin over exposure by certain Vloggers - I see more & more foreigners here every day & food prices have started to gradually increase too - The main reason we moved here was actually the lack of foreigners & the cheap prices but sadly that's all changing now & everything is becoming more expensive - Still a very beautiful place to live though but we don't spend too much time in the center as don't wish to be around tourists too much - However, we absolutely love the peace & tranquility where our home is situated & easy to jump in the car & travel around to other nearby places & beaches.
