The legacy is that he lied- supposedly- because he was allegedly an alcoholic so it skewed his results dramatically. But the movie is still entertaining and he made many entertaining films that may or may not have been true. Its still sad.

@tarag7292
@tarag7292 4 ай бұрын
@@richardbazlamit4530 I am sorry but that is stupid. Anyone can die at any age, but any age below 75-80 is too soon given the typical human lifespan. Just because you know people who died younger than him doesn't mean he didn't die young considering human lifespan. I am not going to compare someone who died in their 20s and 30s and say they didn't die young because I know children who died. Ridiculous. 🤦🏾‍♀️

The TV networks and stations aren't helping at all, it's the reason she was asking him defensive questions (in defense of McDonald's)....TV RELIES on horrific companies like McDonald's for income. BTW McDonald's Corp. is NOT a food business, it is a real estate business. They rent the stores to individual franchise owners. About 8 years after this film was made, McDonald's Corp. sent a memo out to all their employees: "Don't eat too much of McDonald's food." They know their food is garbage and is dangerous to consumers.

His film did have a necessary impact. Katie’s questioning and approach to this interview was questionable. Feels like she’s arguing about the minutia instead of understanding the larger point. And to be fair, there are Americans who eat diets somewhat similar to what he exhibited in that film.

The fact is you could also sit at home and eat 10 pizzas and drink 40 cokes and have the same results as he did. Mcdonalds didn't make him sick. Overeating and drinking gallons of soda made him sick. He could have ate mcdonalds every day and had a regular burger a small fry and a water each time and he would not have got sick.
