Thrre are more narrow body trans-Atlantic flights than you'd think. A few US airlines operate the 757 transatlantic, as does Iceland Air. TAP currently operates the A321-LR but quite a few will be added narrow body service when the A321-XLR comes on line, starting with Iberia and Air Lingus...
