It is cool to have a replica of something so well known to us in Real life ☺. They did a good job with the details and the printed pieces although the scale of a few things is definitely off.

The little car is adorable 😂 1:24 my favorite part of the build. The car wash! 😄 love the technic pieces. Amazing video and build. Quite the unique build and set! 😊

Is that big jumbo dark bluish grey in tile exist too from LEGO? My pros is looks clean and sleek. But my cons is lazy element, because if they give 2x4 tile instead will increase build time and pieces what we get.

It is. There are 3 of them. Probably wht they don't sit as snug as well. 😔 Not sure if Lego makes these or not.

I like it, but just like you said about the roof, definitely not good design there. I ended up like it so much I got all the smaller one as well, but the small one don’t have any of those printed pieces, they are all on sticker.
