I had thoughts of something that happened in a past relationship that come up after whatever happened, and it was very uncomfortable and I sat with it and what was initially felt as discomfort turned into love. The narrative that went on about that memory just collapsed. It was seen as the most beautiful thing. It was, is the same not different. The thought “this is something too, To feel anything is beautiful” came and there was a sense of opening and acceptance. It was beautiful and so simple

I wonder how mental health issues affect chances of awakening? Lets say someone has borderline, bipolar, aspergers? Hey Angelo sorry to ask this but I see your eye sometimes goes sideways when speaking and I've noticed the same thing with another speaker, his channel is Sense Without Mind. Is that a condition or is that a symptom of awakening in some way lol. Because I notice I also tend to do that and it's when i'm either thinking or i'm just zoning out not really perceiving anything with close attention.
