This is the beauty of sound achieved when a synth is designed by veterans. This thing is not trying to revive this or that fad ; it is its own thing and it has CHARACTER.

yeah... there's a lot of thought gone into this.

I’ve been following Pittsburgh Modular since 2012, when I bought my Foundation. They’ve done an excellent job of evolving their designs. Everything in the Taiga is a continuation of what they’ve done before, but cleaner and in a nice, compact package.

great video! Did you do tutorials as well on groove3, I think I recognized your voice 😉A short question: I bought a Moog Grandmother 2 months ago. Do you think the Taiga would be a good option to work with Grandmother? Also, do you think one can make good deep (sub) bass sounds with Taigas sine waveform (as the Grandmother unfortunately hasn't got any) Have a great weekend 😊 Fabian

On of my favorite bass techniques is to take the sine out of one of the oscillators, patch into a channel on the mixer and mix in with one of the wave-folded oscillators (even the same oscillator). This gives you a full bodied, always warm bass no matter what you do with waveform, wave folding or filtering.
